Industria Pizzeria Bar: A Flavorful Experience in Burlington

We had a great waitress Natalie, very attentive to our needs. I wish I could say the same for the food. I ordered fettuccine and chicken. The pasta was undercooked and sauce was very runny and not much flavor. Serving was good but I couldn't eat much as it was so hard. 2 of us pasta was a little undercooked. They got another meal wrong but was offered another meal, instead a dessert was served free. The other 2 meals were good and pasta seemed better. Not sure I'd go back!

We recently celebrated my nephew’s First Communion at Industria Pizza and Bar, and it couldn’t have been a better experience! From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and served piping hot. Everyone at our table was impressed, especially with the variety of pizzas and appetizers. What truly made the day special, though, was the outstanding service. Nat and Lucy went above and beyond to make sure our group felt welcome and taken care of. They were friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating throughout the celebration. It’s not easy managing a larger group during a special occasion, but they handled it with warmth and professionalism. Thank you, Industria, for helping make such an important day even more memorable. We’ll definitely be back – and asking for Nat and Lucy again!

Had The Pleasure Of Dining At This Industria Location For My Partners Work Christmas Party! My First Visit At One Of The 'Industria Pizzeria' Chain Was The One In Hamilton, For My Birthday Last Year & What Can I Say, The Consistency Always Stays The Same! The Atmosphere Is Beautiful, Especially During The Holiday Season & What Made Our Experience That Much Better, Was The Wonderful Service & Delicious Food! I Strongly Recommend If You're Looking For A Pasta Fix, Get You The "Penne Alla Gigi". Thank Me Later! Cheers

Chanced upon this place by accident on a Saturday night and I was pleasantly impressed! The staff was beautiful, polite and very friendly. They had ample seating, indoors and outside and the vibe was just right. I’m a vegetarian so the staff made sure to customize as I requested. I tried their pizza and bruschetta and both were spectacular. They are also reasonably priced and open till midnight which is commendable. The pizza was melt-in-your-mouth soft and the bruschetta was one of the best I’ve ever tried. Needless to say I’d be visiting again whenever I drive by them. 10/10

Industria Burlington – Great Service, Great Vibes! We visited Industria in Burlington with a very large group, and I can’t say enough about how exceptional the service was. The staff were incredibly organized, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. Managing a crowd like ours is no small feat, but they pulled it off seamlessly. The drink menu was solid—well-made cocktails and a good selection of beverages, although worth noting that they don’t carry Labatt or Molson products if that’s your go-to. The food was overall a hit. The pizza looked fantastic and got great reviews from everyone at the table, though a few mentioned it was slightly on the soggy side. I had the beet salad, which was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented—definitely a standout. I also tried the wings; they were delicious and well-seasoned, though a bit on the small side. The space itself is large, modern, and very clean—great for groups or events. But the real star of the night was the staff. Their energy, attention to detail, and friendly attitudes made the night. Would absolutely return!

Seeing Is believing This amazing place has the best Italian food bands and staff is So kind friendly and attentive to service lot of staff and very cooperative with each other to get food and service to the customers. Cool decor and bathrooms. I love the chairs so comfortable Bands every Thursday Friday and Saturday A must-go-to place I will be a regular customer And the takeout preparation is great and we'll thought out ...imo

Pizza and pasta were both delicious! Portions were large (we both got take home packs). The service was prompt, friendly, and professional. The place was well managed and working efficiently, with staff communicating (I notice these kind of things lol). Been here a few times now and I highly recommend it!

Always wanted to try this pizzeria & bar in burlington and today we managed to visit this place and it’s surely worth the hype . We ordered the 3 cheese spinach arancini which turned put to be mouth watering. Along with this, we ordered a white sauce basil infused bianca pizza (ortolana) loaded with zuccini and chese. The pizza along with the garlic dip was extremely good as well. Along with the food , we had 2 glasses of drinks which amounted to a total of 75 CAD including tip ( our server was amazing too) Do give this place a chance to meet your pizza and all italian cuisine cravings.
